  2. Comparable quality and grade of materials
  3. Identical in design style, fabric quantity, dimensions, and order volume
  4. The price comparison must include all additional costs such as shipping, handling, and taxes (note that we offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states and do not charge sales tax for purchases made outside New York).

At present, the lead time for preparation and shipment of both curtains and tracks falls within the range of 10 to 15 Business Days (equivalent to 2 to 3 weeks). We dispatch orders using FedEx Ground or USPS Priority for complimentary shipping, which generally takes between 2 to 7 days to arrive, depending on your proximity to New York. For quicker delivery or to expedite your order due to urgent fabric/color availability or our production schedule, an expedited service can be arranged for an extra charge of 30%. At present, the processing time ranges from 10 to 15 business days (or 2 to 3 weeks) for curtains dispatch. For delivery, we use FedEx Ground or USPS Priority, which can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days, depending on how far you are from New York.

Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, and rush orders can be placed for a 20% fee if the fabric/color is in stock. Shipping via UPS or USPS is free to any of the 48 states in the US. We charge between $69 and $299 for
deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska depending on the package weight, and international shipping ranges from $199 to $899

Yes we do have physical shop located in New York where you can pay visit by during our working hours. However, we do offer free fabric swatches with no payment needed. Swatches are sent out on the same or the next business day through USPS First Class Mail, with expedited shipping options
available at checkout.

Currently, we only sell custom curtains. We also offer a guide to help choose the right hardware for various curtain styles.

We iron all curtains before packaging; however, some materials like Velvet, Sheer, Jute and Jacquard may wrinkle during transit.

We pack pleated curtains in a fan-fold manner for smooth transportation and setup. We recommend hanging the curtains upon arrival and using a portable steamer for any necessary steaming. Should you prefer ironing, ensure the iron is set to a low temperature to prevent damage.

Absolutely, there are no size limits with us. Our fabric lots are generally 54 inches. We can join fabrics to create drapes of any size asked.

Our panels do not come with lining by default. You can request lining for custom orders and Ripple Fold styles, which we sew on the top, and both sides of the panel standardly. The lining will be about 1.25 inches shorter than the curtain panel according to industry standards. For any specific needs, please reach out to us.
